- For a Mobile PIN, do not choose numeric sequences, repeating numbers, or a number which can be easily guessed such as an ID card number, credit card number, vehicle registration number or date of birth.
- For a Password, do not choose numeric sequences, repeating numbers, or a number which can be easily guessed such as an ID card number, credit card number, vehicle registration number, date of birth, name and last name or nickname. If your Password is all in English characters, it should include both lower case letters and capital letters.
- Your Mobile PIN and Password can be changed as often as you like.

- Before you sell your device or send it in for fixing make sure to delete the Bualuang mBanking APP from the device for your security.

- If you change the mobile phone number that you registered with Bualuang mBanking, please contact a Bangkok Bank branch to update your information
- Bangkok Bank will notify you of every transaction, including fund transfers and bill payments. The notification will be sent to the email address that you first registered with Bualuang mBanking.
